Vs. Cancer Announces 2022 Theme and Shirt Design

Blog News & Announcements |

Athletics often creates community. We connect based on sports we play, tournaments we participate in, conferences to which our schools belong, and championships we’ve won. Since 2013, the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation’s Vs. Cancer program has become a part of that community and a talking point among athletes and coaches who have supported the mission to cure childhood brain cancer.

In 2022, community is where our focus lies. A community of athletes who are competing together for the same goal: Supporting children and families who have experienced a pediatric brain cancer diagnosis. The larger our community, the better we can care for families in need.

We are athletes. We are competing for a cause. We are competing together for a cure.
In 2022, we are #StrongerTogether

Vs. Cancer is working to mobilize an army of athletes against the deadliest form of childhood cancer – brain tumors. You will see that our fundraising efforts are no longer divided by sport. The Vs. Cancer program has evolved greatly over the last nine years, working with all sports at all levels to fund a cure.

This year, the Vs. Cancer program has a $1,000,000 fundraising goal. The goal is large, but it must be to provide for the families we serve in every way possible. From financial assistance to emotional support, the need is great and so must be the target.

You can start supporting the cause today. Click HERE to register your team to host a 2022 Vs. Cancer home game. Our Vs. Cancer staff members will reach out shortly to provide all resources needed to make sure your Vs. Cancer fundraiser and game is a success.

We are #StrongerTogether. We are #VsCancer.
